Tried several time to tune it, but while the program guide said it was the Barbeque Championship series what was actually on was Bull Riding. :cry: I wonder about the Dish Network sometimes.
 
that's what I wrote....
bull riding...was taped where the first half should be then the got the last 1/2 Q show
 
THose were some nice looking cornish hens. I dont know if I could have done the frogs.

Man you ain't kiddding..that chicken looked awsome..I wonder what the deal is with the Parkay? Anyone know of that style..

i don't know. never tried it. i also hear mike davis uses it on his ribs. i think the goal is to get moisture into the meat.

all i know is i think i'm going to cook me some chicken halfs this weekend and give it a whirl.
