Banjo Burners Test Run - Pics / Video

I ordered a "Banjo Burner" from Bayou Classic and tested it out on some "blackend catfish".. Boy this thing gets HOT!!!! My student JB gave a few suggestions too....

I was MIA because the government got a new inspector and he's riding our asses. He's a retired master chief and still thinks he's in the Navy... Maybe I should make him some BBQ...
