Baked potato anyone?

Had a baked potato for dinner last night. Started out by coating it with olive oil mixed with kosher salt, garlic salt, and ground black pepper.

Popped it into a 425 degree for an hour. Added a couple of things.

Amen brother!! But I think, one would be pretty healthy for a dinner as long as the cheese, cream were low fat and the butter was replaced with margarine! I love a loaded baked potato!

It looks great, but you ruined the chilli by adding potato.

There was plenty of chili on the side.
