Smoked a turkey today for tomorrow. Whole ribeye tonight. Tomorrow will be the whole big deal,turkey,ham, dressing, giblet gravy, fresh yeast rolls and brioche, mac and chez, limas, and whatever else the wifes family brings. Wife is making pecan and derby pies. Gonna try something different on the spiral ham, maple syrup, cloves ground, and rasberry balsomic vinegar. It is good on ham steaks, so i hope it will be good on this ham. Merry Christmas Everyone!!

King crab tonight. That's an easy cook just boil 'em. I got a Costco tenderloin. I'm thinking about doing a Wellington tomorrow. Anybody done one of those?

Work knocks off at noon and stays off until Monday, so I'm going to take it easy this weekend.

Rib roast going on in 15 minutes. Then a quick nap and off to the neighbors for a few cold ones.

Ham in the oven.. gonna let it slow cook all night and get up and put a glaze on it I saw on Food network. Too lazy and cold to venture outside with snow on the ground.

Just rolled in from a non stop eat fest at the BIL's and WOW! Nobody here went hungry for sure!!

I cooked a brisket that got hammered before I could even find my camera. Then the nephew comes back dragging a deer so we cut off a hind quarter, wrapped it in bacon, then cooked it on the Chubby.

Made pulled deer with brown gravey.

In between all the sides that Mom and Sis made I got to play with BIL's new South Texas grill, in between burning logs to stay warm of course.

Pretty cool way to cook stuff!

What a great trip! We are loading up again to head to the campground for another round of fun.
