Plans for backyard pit (grill)

Anyone have any plans to build one of the wheel devices to raise and lower the grate over a pit? I know it's pretty simple just looking some dimentions and materials used.

Those are great. I've seen most of em. But I'm looking to build a Santa Maria style grill.

I have most of mine figured out, but was just wondering what people used for materials and how they constructed theirs.

There doesn't seem to be much info out there on building them.
