MY new roaster old conrete cart
Dual spit exterior fire box with a propane bar just in case. It started small then grew to this let me know what you think. Already tested it 100 pound pig and 9 chickens at once pig took 7 but threw the chickens on at 5 hours and she was good to go.
Only thig is i have a few cold spots i want to get rid of thinking of a couple low rpm fans pushing the air around in there and make it a convection oven. Has anybody tried this before or if you have some pointers let me know?
