I don't know whether this is the real deal or not. Mike's Jamie Geer Pit #2 up for sale on EBAY. Starting bid $20k. Seems a little steep for a 14 year old pit, your definitely paying for the celebrity status of the pit, I guess.

New Jambo's by the way go for $7500. Buyers and bidders beware!

It does, Tim! Now if I could only learn how to cook on it as well as Mike Davis did on his, I'd feel really good! They're nice pits but there is a learning curve to them for sure, especially when compared to the pellet cookers.

Way too much money for that pit. I don't care if Elvis cooked on it yesterday it still isn't worth it. What is he going to use if he sells this one?

I don't even think 20k will do the trick. He has a reserve price set for the pit. Bidding starts at 20k but the reserve could be higher.

Don't know what he's going to using but my first guess would be a Yoder Smoker since they are a sponsor.

Mike is originally from Akransas. I know that for a while they were living with Debbie's parents on their spread in Oklahoma. I saw where Mike had a cooking class recently in Delight (known more for being Glen Campbells's hometown). It looks like they might have moved back. Of course it seems like Mike lives out of his luxury RV much more than he lives anywhere else.
