Boy it take largish grill to need to be pulled as a trailer. How many folks you planning on trying to feed at once? If you dont mind a person being nosey of course.

Think maybe we stumbling over some terminolgy here. A grill normally designed to cook hot n fast..not conducive to the food items mentioned. I think you need to buy my pit Fred. He can do 33 briskets at once. Which that add up to 330 folks using rough math. I even throw in a nice MH to pull him with. Let me know.
