Here are a few links to some of the pics of Jamie's pics:

The blue and yellow one is Jamies pit:

http://www.bennett-family.com/pics/pits/geer/index.html

Here are pictures of Tuffy Stones pit built a few years ago

http://www.bennett-family.com/pics/pits ... ndex2.html

This is a picture of the last pit Jamie built before going into retirement

http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g254/ ... G_0541.jpg

The last I heard there were 28 Geer pits in existence but one recently got taken out by a tree and Jamie is building him a replacement. Jamie has ordered the steel to make the first five pits, all of them are the large ones with the chicken cooker next to the firebox.

You got it all backward Thom. What you need is a ranch for all your grills and kettles.

Geer 2008 Pits

Just got a glimpse of the first 2008 Geer pit. It's a beauty!

Jamie told me today that mine would be ready in about three weeks so it looks like the Smoke On The Water competition in Hot Springs is on! I just signed up for it today!

What are you going to do with a mobile? No one can get you to come out of Toronto?

May the Schwartz be with you!

Sounds like those border guards are on top of things if they're giving you problems. Better wait until Obama gets elected and then you can come across riding a camel instead of a donkey!
