Drum Smokers

For you guys that have em do they cook the meat faster, I was lookin at those big drum smokers and it said on there that they cook faster, and how would you compare a drum smoker to the WSM.

My UDS does cook quicker than my WSM.
I have a little more trouble getting my UDS dialed in compared to the WSM which is a breeze to set and forget.

Keep practicin bro, you'll get the hang of it!
Drums cook faster than say my offset, did full spares last week, 2 racks DONE in 4 hrs!
