Clay Oven Building

I'm thinking about building a clay oven to complement my grilling and smoking. But i don't really know where to start, I found this page which tells about the background of a clay oven and how to build one. 1. I have seen many different types of these ovens, most being pizza ovens. If you are inclined to do this try using youtube, you can find out how to do just about anything on there.

They make kits for anything man, you just have to look.
