Cheap Probe Eyelets

I saw this mod somewhere, but can't remember where.
Worked great on my UDS.
This is a lamp repair kit. They can be found in any HD type store.

Cut down to size

Outside UDS

Inside UDS

WSM - Modified

Nice, But I'm a stickler about airtight cookers.
So that said I would use some (A small amount) high heat silicone
to seal the hole. I use 1200 degree stuff for my pellet stove. "Home Heater"
Now I want to find out if it's food safe smoutz
