WELCOME BACK TO THE BBQ ROUND TABLE!!! Tonight starts a 4 week run of the most popular style shows in BBQ Central Radio Show history!! The last set focused strictly on the backyard cooker...tonight we switch it back to the competition world and sang the TOP rib cookers in the country to share their techniques!!

I hope you take this as a compliment... because it was an informative and educational show.. fantastic. But that said.....tears were rolling down my face as I laughed at your struggles to connect to the guys through Skype. The Price is Right music just put me over the edge.

Just wanted to thank you for the after dark segment! Dutch oven cooking doesn't get the attention it deserves. I listened to this just after being at the World Championship Dutch oven cook-offs in Utah last week. Perfect timing!
