The beers were "JW Dundees Honey Brown". An absolutely dreadful beer that has no real value except to be simmered under a chicken. I thought the cloying sweetness found in the actual brew would be lessened in the chicken cook. It was, thank God. Again, they were moist and tasty, but no better than other birds I have done. A nice show but too much work for a crowd.

You see now, I like that beer for a commercial, mass produced beer. In a pinch, it's better than say, Miller lite!
