Grilled squash and zucchinni

Slice as many yellow or crookneck squash and zucchs as your grill will hold into long, flat, slices about a quarter inch thick. Dump these in a plastic freezer bag and coat will evoo. Add your herb (s) or choice....parlsey, basil, oregano...etc. Mush it all around and let it marinade for an hour or so. Get a med. hot grill going, and throw em on!

I like em when they start to bend, and a little charring makes it better, imho. Sometimes I forget to eat whatever I fixed with it.

Seriously good.

Seriously.
