I just use frozen Pizza Dough, a mix of good BBQ sauce and chopped tomatoes, some sauteed onions, the chicken and the cheese. Gouda is a very good choice. Some people put Cilantro on it too, but I had a baaaaad 8-[ experience with Cilantro once and I avoid it.


(trust me, when you had to heave a meal heavily laden with cilantro, you'll NEVER eat again if you can avoid it!)
