Smoked Lamb Shanks

[Green Hornet]

Found these lil Lamb Shanks at BJs yesterday and am making them for dinner tonight. Just me and my oldest boy tonight. He doesn't like Lamb so I will be putting on a couple dogs for him a lil later. Just used a Lil EVOO and Garlic and on the fire.

Turned out good. Not a whole lot of meat on them but still tastey. I will go with some chops next time. :P
