I have been told that they can hear you talking if you just have your phone in your pocket AND TURNED OFF!!!
The only way you can stop IT IS IF YOU TAKE THE BATTEREIS OUT OF YOUR PHONE.
So, if your phone is in a room that you are in, they can hear your conversations even with it off.
Not sure, but I'll bet they can.
I don't give a care, because all I ever talk about is BBQ and the Babes that come and eat it.
