Before I watched the video and read the title, I thought you were cooking a dish that had a cut of meat called ,"cajun tips"..Those shrimp are gulf shrimp I guess? Ok, you got me hungry so I'm taking my wife out for our 18th to a Mediterranean resturant. She says, "Thanks JB!!!!" You food is kick arse always - Compadre!
