First Butt

Here are a few pics of my first butt cook. I rubbed it down with WRO and cooked it with Hickory and Apple woods.
I was happy with the results. I was suprised even the fam liked it.

A bit of advice, unless of course this doesn't bother you...if you line your water pan with heavy duty aluminum foil, it makes cleanup so much easier.

Thats how I am planning weekends now. Every store I go into I go to the meat dept while my wife does her thing. Wife doesnt like it to much, but she gets the benifits.
