John; good looking butt there.

A bit of advice, unless of course this doesn't bother you...if you line your water pan with heavy duty aluminum foil, it makes cleanup so much easier.
 
Looks great! (Even the plate looks good - see my avatar). Next time, do two at once and freeze the leftovers (or just invite more family members to help you eat it). :)
 
Uh oh, now both feet are on the slippery slope. Next thing you know, you'll be watching for special prices on meat and planning your weekends around what you're going to smoke. :D

Thats how I am planning weekends now. Every store I go into I go to the meat dept while my wife does her thing. Wife doesnt like it to much, but she gets the benifits.
