How stupid I am. pics added

I Que up a fine mess of chicken beef & pork ribs for 14 Year old daug daughters birthday party yesterday, took plenty of pics. This morning I'm lookin at em & AAWWW crap!!! :cry: I had the lens in the frickin macro setting. :shock:
all pics blurry as heck. I got some leftovers I'll post the pic's on monday.

The other problem I had was the pork spare ribs were so tender they fell apart while I was carving em.
Remember the pics are blurry, these are the best of the photos






I put the chicken in the gasser to crisp up the skin, It was smoked in my uprite cooker

I think I left em on too long. I didn't foil em just low & slow (230 grate) for about 6 hours They tasted fine they was tender as butts Iv'e had briskits fall apart too. I did 3 racks of pork un's & only had 1/2 rack for leftovers. Had about 12 teens & 6 adults
