More jerky

The mrs…finished the cook and didn’t take any pics…but I can snap some of the jerky that’s left if you guys want….Both the lectric and the WSM did a great job on the jerky..I had the WSM running around 175* the whole time…the lectric was in the 160-165* range and took a little longer…..those disposable grill pans worked great in the WSM…..just got to figure out a better stacking method…I didn't notice a difference between the stuff in the WSM and the lectric....but Idid have to rotate and move the pans up and down in the lectric
