It has snowed here for two days. We have 40 mph winds. I've got no pit for three more weeks. Geesh am I bored!!! If it wasn't for all the banter here the last couple of days, I'd be off my rocker!!!! Golly whiz! I made some great chili yesterday using some Pendery's Top Hat and San Antonio Red powders with Chlil grind sirloin, and hot italian sausage. Bacon/ jalapeno buttermilk cornbread to accompany. April 30 ,I fire up Texas Hottie II for the first go around! Kloset, is comin over. Greg, if you want, stop over for some ribs! Woody
