Started a few potatoes in some bacon grease.

Wife fried up some hot sausage and set it aside

She then added two tablespoons of cooking oil and flour to the pan, stirred constantly until browned.

In the meantime the potatoes are doing nicely, time to add a little onion.

Wife added two cups of milk and the sausage back to the pan, stirred until thickened.

Time to add this stuff to a plate
