Told the wife nothing. I am getting my big Klose mobile in the spring and making payments as we go along so don't spend any unnecessary money on me. I usually buy what I want to anyways throughout the year. Also, a 01'-03' F-250 diesel will be bought to pull the monster.

A big box of Klose rib n butt rub.
All the Dizzy pig rubs that my retailer had in stock yesterday.
A cord each of the most tasty woods imaginable for cooking BBQ stacked in my uncles backyard.

I would love to have a greaseless fryer, the cheapest one I can find is $2,500.00 so that's not going to happen.
