thats great ! almost 20 years ago we lived in a condo comples...one of those vinyl sided wonders. every weekend almost we could count on a call from sears, trying to sell us vinyl siding. each time we informed them it was a condo and was sided already. finally we told them to come out and give us an estimate. you should've seen the contractors face when he pulled up. we both played dumb for a few moments , then finally told him the story and that the sales people wouldnt listen so we figured all it would take was one trip by a sub to clear it up real quick....we never heard from them again

Did the same with a glass block company one time. I told the dude I don't know how many times we don't have a basement, I finally told the dude to come out. Problem solved.
