1 chicken, boiled in water, save the stock
2 boston butts, boiled, discard stock
5 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut in bite size chunks
2 cans green peas
1 32 oz bottle ketchup
tabasco, to taste
salt and pepper to taste

After cooking and cooling the meats, boil potatoes in chicken stock. Chop the meats and add back to the stock. Add the green peas, ketchup, tabasco, salt and pepper, and cook until thickened.

My dad makes this for a lot of family and church functions. It always goes over well! If made for a family of 4, there is plenty to put in the freezer for a later meal. Cook up some cornbread to go along with it!
