Rained here on and off all day yesterday. Couldn't bring myself to suffer the elements so I got the old cast iron frying pan out and pan fried some Tuna Steaks breaded (top and bottom only) with mixure of a crumbled up cornbread and fish rub, served homemade mashers made with real cream, butter & Feta cheese and a buttery stir-fry of a zuck, carrot, celery and a fresh corn (one ear stripped) for the sides. Topped it all off with a wine-reduction cream sauce and garnished with lemon slices.

Wife said it was like "food you'd pay for", guess I'll take that as a compliment :D

Maybe I'll fire up Einstein to day and get back to the Q.

Reasons for not taking photos
1. Didn't know the board was back up
2. Not really Q, so why bore the folks
3. Too drunk to operate the camera?
4. Too busy cleaning as I cooked (wife's kitchen ya all) ;)
