Hi Larry, this is Val. I liked them both though he wouldn't let me have more than a taste of the sugar one. consistancy was comparable and the Splenda version browned nicely on the chicken and didn't break down at all.
I was not able to test the regular. Hopefully Chris will let me try it on something soon for a true comparison, but I could not tell that the Splenda version was sugar free. I have tried many sugar free products, Splenda and aspertame and usually am very picky about the ones I use. Your rub is exceptional. I have discussed a sugar-free rub with Chris on more than one occasion but have done nothing to check into some or try to make one of our own. So much thanks for the product. We will be using it in competition.

Thanks for posting the review, I'm really happy you enjoyed the "Sugar Free Wolfe Rub". I tried both versions on some ribs last week and was very surprised at the results. I couldn't tell the difference either. Thanks again.
