Hello from Arizona
Hello everyone. I've been trying to smoke on my 22 inch Weber Kettle. I've been setting up the kettle using the Weber fire pans. The pans are little small for slow and low cooking, only able to hold approximately 22 charcoal brickets. Looking for ideas on how to get the kettle at 225 degrees and keep it there for a long period of time. :D

Snake method works great for long cooks on the weber 22". Keep in mind if you are going to be smoking for really long periods I.E. 14, 15 hrs. you are going to have to replenish the supply, just because of the area constraints.
