Last night's dinner was meatball poboys. Dang! I cannot tell you how awesome these meatballs were. Actually these were some of the meatballs I made several weeks ago and froze. Mmmm...... They were sooooo..... tender and delicious!!!
I lightly warmed the French bread to crisp up the outer crust.
The meatballs were to thick to use whole so I sliced them in half. Did I mention that these were mozzarella cheese meatballs.
