Tri Tip Sandwich and Beef Barley Soup

Yes another soup and sandwich night at our house.

Tri Tip seasoned with some seasoning called Char. A friend at work gave me some to try and he doesn't know much about the stuff either. Added a chunk of peach wood for smoke on this cook


Rested and sliced


Toasted a bollio roll and added a little Weber's Kick'n Spicy BBQ sauce. Also made a pot of Beef Barley soup which turned out really good.

Yes..think I could prob take a few fold overs. Not sure what is this barley stuff. Dont that go in beer?
