Homemade Brats
 
Didn't even think to take pics till after I seasoned the pork

Season 10 lbs of ground pork seasoned with some Penzeys Bratwurst Seasoning and 2 cups of Stone Smoked Porter. a local beer here is San Diego.

Dang Vermin..you are a virtual cornucopia of good stuff to eat as usual. Have heard much good things said about the Brat seasoning in question. Must be some good grazins.
