Really Special Chocolate Cake

Tomorrow is my son's birthday and he put in a special request for a homemade cake. Yes a all made from scratch Chocolate cake with Peanut Butter frosting and Chocolate ganache. It's a deliciously rich cake that I only make for special occasions.

We cut the cake today and it was rich, decadent and delicious. Got to have a tall ice cold glass of milk right beside it though. :P :P
Most importantly my son loved it. Oh, everyone else did too.

It's a good thing I only make this once or twice a year.
