Last nights show someone brought up the BBQ bucket list. Excluding winning "The Jack" and "The Royals" and Memphis in May what is on your BBQ Bucket List?

I have two

1) Own a Jambo Pit
2) Get a GC with 1st in all Categories!!

Does eating a bucket of BBQ count? I was in training for work at Memphis for several weeks of a May many years ago. Memphis in May was AWESOME!!!!

I just want to enter more contests and continue to do well. A top 5 finish in a FBA contest (where there are usually 45 to 50 teams who consistantly finish top 10) wouldn't hurt my feelings.
Starting to cook on my new Stump's Monster is up there pretty high, too.
