Started out with some onion buds, potatoes, Elephant garlic in the aluminum foil and a yam

Onion buds with some cheese added and done.

Then served with some Chipotle Sour Cream

Some lamb chops that were marinated is some Olive oil, salt, rosemary, thyme, and oregano for a couple of hours. Cooked direct then moved indirect to finish cooking. I forgot to take a pic of when they were done.

Plated with some California blend veggies with some zucchini and celery added in and cooked on the wok that I forgot to take pics of too.

this is obviously the Summer of Vermin. I think that final pic will be taking
home some trophies at the annual end of the year BBQ Central Banquet.
 
That plate is over flowing with great food. Everything looks kick @ss, Chipotle Sour Cream
sounds like a great dip for them buds
 
Hopefully Vermin is better about helping us out with the onion bud recipe then Larry is with the Puerto Rican Beef condiment.
