I just put a turkey breast and a whole roaster on the WSM. Salt and pepper on the turkey, Everglades Cactus Dust on the chicken. This is a considerable sacrifice for me, since I'm on a total liquid diet* until tomorrow. :( So I'll have to watch other people eat these birds. Hopefully there will be some leftovers for the cook.

*I do have enough cans of "liquid" to keep me in a good mood while I cook.
