Last night I cooked some chops for Cathryn and I.

Seasoned with Knox's Yummy Chicken Rub, pan seared until they had a nice caramelization.

Added a whole sliced lemon directly onto the pan and put the chops on top and added about 1 cup of Orange Juice, covered and simmered about 20 minutes, until tender.

Added a bag of frozen brussel sprouts, covered until tender and the sauce was thickened.

Served over whole grain pasta and topped with Monterey Jack Cheese.

Nice meal Larry. Wish I could get nice big chops like that around heere. All I see in the markets around here are those dinky thin ones. Have to drive 12 miles to my butcher to get good ones. Looks great.
Cathryn likes brussel sprouts? Doesn't suprize me. Your a lucky man to have a daughter who likes to cook and learn as she goes. Too bad she has such a lousy teacher.

Looks great Larry! Love brussel sprouts myself but sometimes have a hard time pushing them on the kids.

Bryan, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Knox's Yummy Chicken rub......it's good on everything, even Monkey! If you haven't tried it go HERE to get some IMMEDIATELY!

Yummy ! I love pork and brussel sprouts, and anything in gravy/sauce ..... well, I guess I love food in general  But, that does look delicious :D :D
