I've been a meat cutter since 1978 (I started when I was 13) and I've worked the slaughter house, the packing house and the retail stores; I started raising animals for food when I was about 7 on the family farm and started slaughtering them when I was 9. I've always enjoyed my job and listening to and watching Larry describe his job; well it just warms my heart. He is right that the animal(s) needs to be treated with respect and dignity. He looks like he is running a cool opperation and I commend him. I could go on and on about my line of work being in the meat and seafood industry; but I'm sure you would rather be cooking than listening to me ramble. LOL
