I smoked a brisket last night. Wrapped it in plastic wrap and foil and put in fridge overnight. I got up this morning and sliced it and put in shrink wrap to hold the moisture. Anyone have best thoughts on what to do with it today to reheat for company coming . Do I want to simmer in boiling water or will the shrink wrap withstand the oven.

I think I read where saran wrap was good up to about 260 degress, google temps on saran wrap you may fine info that you need?

I would go real easy in a microwave. Add a tablesppon or two of a liquid and nuke it on a medium setting until hot. Keep the plastic wrap on it while nuking.

We usually just plate it up w/the juice(jelly fat) and its good to go. keep covered though, kinda steam it.

Looks great.
