Anyone have some suggestions for an alternative to cream cheese?

Ricotta, Mozzarella, strained cottage cheese, strained plain yogurt, etc.

Feta or strained cottage/ricotta to get he moisture out. Or you could simply eliminate those and use a blend of hard cheeses.
