Did this about a week ago and forgot I took pics.

Here it is plated with some home made butter/garlic croutons on the bleu cheese salad. Needless to say the whole thing got destroyed!

what do you smoke them at degrees or on the grill and what does temp need to be when done

Well I was schooled "right here" on this.

I use 1 pound sausage hot 1 lb sausage regular and stuff with a pre planned menu or not....oh and make a bacon weave, you gotta make the bacon weave if you ask me. ;)

Hellyea I'm makin the bacon weave...looks toooo good!
