Flat Irons and Salmon

Well.....my wife got about 5 packs of flat iron steaks at the store for $3 each. I immediately said, 'uh oh', but cooked them for her anyways along with my salmon and veggies. The steaks had 300MG of sodium per piece, BAD SIGN and they tasted like salty jerky when they were done! Thank god for my stock of salmon!!

Onion, pepper, potatoes and asparagus marinated in EVOO and Salt and pepper. Salmon seasoned with Wolfe Rub Citrus and EVOO.
