Good lookin bones, Jimmy! Please tell me there was something else on that cooker...that looked like A LOT of fuel for a single rack! :)

I know i love them to, I can eat a whole platter lol, but them i'm farting and killing every one  And nope that was all I could get that week But I had to make them.

Jimmy, for a second I thought you snuck into my yard as my smoker is up against a similar fence LOL! You use the side smoker the same way I do now as its impossible to clean during long cooks with the heat below the grate. Excellent looking plate O' Chow!

Dry no sauce! Way to go man!
Seems like a whole lotta' lump in that box. You using the grate that came with the unit?

Thanks again..yeah Its the cooking grate in the side firebox Puff, trust me 3 loads packs it damn tight...but burns 3 hrs in a offset at 250...pretty good...I can't wait for a WSM...soon as I get the money lol. But yeah Bknox, Only way to empty the ash tray with out building a charcoal box.
