Met Tri Tip last night and picked up his 26.75 OTG. Looking forward to cooking on it.

Thanks for the recognition v9. PS the cover is on the way via FedEx. you'll have it tomorrow. (Friday). Again sorry the inside wasn't cleaned out but been waaaay too busy this week. Hay it's pre-seasoned like a skillet from Target!
P.S. I'm happy he's got a good home. :D

That is my dream pit but I only do 5 comps a year. Can't sell the misses on an $8000 pit for 5 comps a year. Besides, I'm absolutly in love with my UDSs.
