Hey Pigs, I haven't had a pineapple upside down cake since I was a kid. My mom used to bake a killer one. I have a pineapple sitting on the kitchen counter right now. Do you have a good recipe for this?

Wow that looks great Pigs! What did you stuff the chicken with with? I too do a killer pineapple upside down cake, I win points with my bride every time I make it.

Excellent! How about the stuffing recipe?
Not sure Nick. Got it at the local store. They have them stuffed. My butcher has a five gallon bucket of stuffing he keeps in the cooler and uses it on pork chops too. Ill have to ask him. Think it's his own recipe. He's is not happy with the hack and pack now a day, he did sides of beef and whole hog when he had a butcher shop, but big the super market took him down. (stupid people)

Nice looking chicken Pigs. You mean to tell my you didn't stuff 'em yourself!?!?   At least you wrapped 'em in bacon and grilled 'em yourself. :P Nice work. Upside down cake looks good too.

Yum. That's one 70s looken cake. I got curtains that would match that thing.
