The old freezer was gettin a tad bit low so I decided it was time to smoke, so here's what I'm smokin today while hangin in the garage watchin NASCAR. One pork butt, two racks of spares, two chuck roasts, one boneless turkey breast and some bacon wrapped dawgs for lunch. I'm also cookin up some burnt ends to snack on as well. Oh did I mention a few cold beers are also on the menu?

The turkey breast is done so I'll foil it let it cool then toss it in the fridge. I'll slice it thin tomorrow for sandwiches. The burnt ends are about an hour away from coming off. Up next, the bacon wrapped hot dogs.

Burnt ends are done and so are the dawgs. I've been snackin all day so I'm not eating much but my wife and daughter are diggin in, they loved the burnt ends. Next up, pork butt, chucks and ribs.

Looking great. Beer with the smoker is a given. Since I have started BBQing/grilling my consumption of beer has gone way up. It is almost impossible for me not to pop a top when I start smelling the charcoal going.

Took the butt and the chucks off and they are resting nice and cozy in the cooler, wish I could climb in with em, they smell soooo good. I took this pic of the ribs after 3 hours, I'm going to wrap em at the the 4 hour mark and let em go for another hour.

Ribs at the 3 hour mark.

sweet! did you sauce the burnt ends at all? I usually have
mine swimming in sauce

I brushed them with sauce but next time I think I'll pour a bunch in the pan with the burnt ends.
