Friday night it was just me and my daughter for dinner so I dug through the freezer and found some chicken thighs. Thawed em out and sprinkled em with magic dust. I also used up some old pearl onions that have been hanging around the kitchen for awhile, I wrapped em in foil with a big old hunk of butter and some rub, small and a pain in the butt to peel but they were gooood. My wife picked up some asparagus for us so I coated them with a little evoo, salt, garlic and pepper. Grilled everything on the gasser because it was coming up on 8:00pm so I had to get it all done quick. For a fast dinner everything came out very good and my daughter loved the chicken and especially the onions so I guess I'll be doing them again soon. I only got a few pics but a few is better then nothing. Happy Presidents day weekend to all and have a great weekend.
