Haven't been cooking much lately, but got a craving for salmon cakes today.
1 Can Wild Salmon
1 Egg
2 TBS Creole Mustard,
2 TBS Minced onion
1 tsp Old Bay
Enough Bread Crumbs to bind.
Saute' in olive oil for about 5 minutes per side.
Serve with little homemade cocktail sauce and three bean salad for a nice tasty healthy lunch.
