Talk about procrastinating. Did some spares to ring in the New Year. Also did a rack untrimmed. Probably won't do that again. Woosty, Texas BBQ Rub and SBR. Some fried potatoes and pasta salad for sides.

Don't tell Larry but I prefer the Original Wolfe Rub on ribs. 8)
 
Hey Smokin' U - Great looking ribs!! That glaze really pops in your photo. Looks like you got a little generous with the salt. It's spilled all over the ground next to your WSM.

I just got Wolfe's 3 Rub recipes from his website. Anxious to try the original rub on some ribs this weekend. I'll post how they come out. Hopefully as nice as yours.
 
Man it was cold that day. Glad that cold streaked finally snapped. I grew up on the St. Louis style ribs. I did one rack with out trimming the top. Keeping that top portion was just annoying. I started nuking the taters for a few minutes before crisping them up. You would never know.
